Tullah Sheddah

Originally derived from the root word Tool. Over time the level of idiocy of the person being described forced the word to evolve into tool shed, meaning a complete d-bag. On those rare occasions when someone is the ultimate D-bag, they are to be called a Tullah Sheddah or Ultimate Tool. Abbreviated versions may include simply calling someone a Tullah or a Sheddah.
Nick saw that Jed recently spent $500 on Dungeons & Dragons gear, leading him to reply that Jed has become a complete Tullah Sheddah.
