A word someone says when they're being condescending, even if the situation does not call for it.

Friend: I took a trip to nostalgia land
D-bag: Look on the bright side, it means more people can enjoy old anime now.
Friend: Uhh, why would I look on the bright side even though my comment never implied something negative.
D-bag: Because you need to experience the dark side to fully value the bright side.. DUH!!!
Friend: Uhh, I still don't see how any of that is relevant to my comment, you make zero sense.
D-bag: No, it means you have no common sense, DUH!!! Go back to school retard.
