n - A very rough hand job, generally administered in an indescrete location, which provides more pain than pleasure. Named after the harsh German stepfather of a girl who routinely gave rough hand jobs.

v - the act of providing such hand job.

"I had to wrap my penis in gauze today after that chick from the bar fraumaned me last night."
