fly nigga

An extremely fast walking small black person who often wears small, saucony kicks with a fresh haircut. A fly nigga will use an ice pick wrapped in all purpose tape for his premier weapon of choice. For a good example, look at little wayne when he was 16.

"Yo look at our new coach, he looks like a little black kid!"
-Nah thats Ricky Taylor, he's a fly nigga."
