Technically means those people who embarrass all elements of society.

John Kerry, Al Gore, Al Sharpton, the Clintons, PETA, those in the emo scene, ACLU, NAMBLA, the entire government of the state of Maine (even the republicans are raging lefties), tree huggers, fags who own Priuses, fags in general, etc, etc, etc... Those are gret examples of liberals and liberal organizations.
