A term for a special kind of sarcasm, the kind in which a joke is made and an asshole gives a response in which he clearly did not understand it was sarcastic.

Guy 1: He's as smart as a fox
Guy 2: Foxes are pretty stupid jackass
Guy 1: It was asrcasm dumb shit
