A Southern expression used to convey sympathy for someone who has experienced two consecutive misfortunes.

Ernie: Hey, I'm devastated. I just found out my girlfriend is cheating on me!
Bert: Sorry, man.
Ernie: What's worse, she cheated on me with my best friend!
Bert: Double ducks...
