idiocy level

1.chaos risen to a noticeable degree 2. appalling ignorance that leads to further struggles for authority 3.the lack of discretionary behavior during a time of emergency or present crisis.

e.g. the "idiocy level" within the stadium increased tenfold as people were trapped indoors.
