An obsessed Niley fan who is really funny and cool. They don't believe any rumors until proven true, but they talk about niley ALLLL the time. They cry when there is any niley "news" its basically their religion.

Friend: Yeah I know! I check their followings every 2 minutes! I STARTED CRYING!
