The act of being overly sensitive - almost divaesque, about any given subject. Whether it's about your preference in women or what happens in a situation you do not agree with, moist behavior is flowing like a brook.

Chris: Why is Kevin acting like that yo? All we said was that he liked big girls.

Mark: He's just moistbrooking right now. He'll be aight.
