A noobcaster is someone who plays a "Caster" class in a RPG, and is bad or new at it.

World Of Warcraft : " Hey guys this mage in our group is a NOOBCASTER!, Learn2Sheep"

Diablo2 : " LOL U R SUCH A NOOBCASTER, STUPID BMANA SORC"
