The definition of a complete waste of space. Someone who does not deliver but annoys. Someone who has an important job title but behaves like someone who cleans the toilet before the cleaner goes in. An absolute a-hole. Essentially he or she is someone who makes a persons blood boil by simply having their name appear in an email inbox.
