Popsicle Dick or PD refers to a gentleman who runs in scantily clad shorts in frigid conditions for an extended period of time which consequences in frozen (usually reddened) genitals and incurring penile stinging and swelling.
Had to cut the run short. Got about 30 minutes in and ended up with a bad case of popsicle dick. Going over to Shirleys now so she can thaw me out.
