meth legs

A leg (or arm=meth arm) that is strangely skinny from using too much meth. It is usually tube like and has little to no muscle definition. Often hairless as well.

--Dude! That chick has some serious meth legs!
--I know! They're, like, soooo skinny!

OR

--I never work out so I'm gonna have meth arms.
