Getting Slapped in the neck using the famous Italian hand gesture.

Why is it Caused?
When a person makes direct eye contact with the persons Italian hand gesture the Italian hand can slap the neck of the person who made eye contact.

Tip: Never do in the front of the neck only the back of the neck.

Sally Italian neck slapped Kenny as a punishment for making eye contact with her Italian gesture.
