twank

A tactical wank. Usually used 20-40 minutes before a shag to improve performance. It can also be used before a big night out, just to chill you out.

"Mate, left the twank too late. Couldn't get it up."

or...

"Look babe, am I going to get a shag out of tonight? I'm literally on the brink of a twank, but if you're not game I'm wasting my time."
