Kriyi are the physical or mental activities that we engage in to achieve specific goals or objectives. They are the means by which we bring about change in our lives and the world around us. Kriyi can be positive or negative, intentional or unintentional, and they have consequences that can be either desirable or undesirable. Ultimately, our Kriyi shape who we are and the outcomes we experience in our lives.
