Short for "Creole Cockpitt" which is the creed of rules for Incognitoing. Incognitoers must follow and abide by the "Creole Cockpitt," if they do not they are banned from Incognito forever, believe me it HAS happened before.
One of the rules in the creole cockpitt is that you must proclaim I AM INCOGNITO! as soon as you sign on your incognito s/n.
