It means the biggest number could handle all applications and programs. Although there is a lot limits in programming like 2,1e6 (2174000) or 4,2e9 (4200000000), but some programming languages could handle numbers more than it, like JavaScript.
Anyway it can be bypassed by special file "break_infinity.js" which provides the opportunity to use numbers beyond this number, even though you need to do some changes in your code. It can handle numbers to 1.79ee308 (or 1.79e17900000000...) but after 1e9e15 it loses it's precision.
Also it's means requirement for fixed Infinity in Antimatter Dimensions.
