Another term for Ratchet ass hoe but in a sense that they are rude as fuck, love to make scenes etc. However this term is used by gay guys to describe another ratchet gay guy.

Boy 1: Omg nigga he is cute
Boy 2: Helll to the know that nigga is definitely a nawtik.
