SMDH is an acronym for either "shaking my damn head," or "so much damn hate," either way it is to be used as a response or as a stand alone phrase.

Usually SMDH has a negative connotation, used in a way to respond to a direct action or words spoken to you.

I chose Nami top in a norms, my team told me to go play with bots then dropped queue, SMDH.
