Hand-rolled cigarettes that contain marihuana, also known as dope, weed and reefer. Those who sell reefers are known as dope peddlers, while the reefer addict is referred to as a dope fiend.

Look at those poor, impressionable children, addicted to those reefers. Damn you, dope fiends!
