Acronym for Outta fucking control, if an individual or group of people have little or no control and are endangering themselves then they are out of fucking control, an expressive acronym used alongside humour to laugh at ones misfortune.

Person 1: oy diver look at that guy on skis he is OFC
Person 2: fuckin oath

Person 1: Tristan did u shit your pants again from consuming to much alcohol
Person 2: yes can I borrow your towel

Dildo Whip. The act of producing a dildo from self, and assaulting the receiver of the DW by administering a swift blow to the head with said dildo.

Receiver: "Sprung, I mean, she's not that good. like, c'mon guys, she's not everything. Fuck, I'm so hard."

Giver: "DEE-Dub!" *performs standard issue regulation DW*

Onlookers: "Brill."
