Scottish slang word for talking, chatting, nattering or having a light hearted discussion.

Spraffologist, A person who is good at putting words to music live, improvising words to music on-the-fly not using the original composers lyrics, often just for fun or comedic effect.

The lads were just spraffin..
The guy on the mic was a top Spraffologist.
