In footballing terms Top Bins refers to the art of shooting the ball into the top corner of the goal giving the goalkeeper no chance of making a save.

Ed: Johnny, did you see Wayne Rooney's goal yesterday?
Johnny: Nah mate, was it good?
Ed: Free kick, 30 yards out, Top Bins mate
Johnny: Seeeeeerious
Ed : Serious
