Montreal Flat

Thinking you have a flat tire on your bicycle when in reality you are to messed up to be riding.
Works for any hilly city that has a good sized cycling and partying community - Seattle Flat etc.

Al was so stoned going home last night he had to check his bike for flats twice. Turned out they were Montreal Flats.
