also known as R.I.F.F. R.A.F.F. The orginating members of 3rd Mob. Members consists of a very large tight knit group of friends who protect each other as well as get money together. Mostly consists of young dominicans from Washington Heights. They have they own form of speech and handshakes, this being the reason why some consider them a gang.
