Some-sex marriage 

A marriage where sex is almost non-existent. According to many sex therapists, sex between married partners less than 12 times a year is considered a sexless marriage. This is a some-sex marriage.

Jill took pity on John and had sex once a month. They had a "some-sex marriage".
