Survey your land

1: To "check someone out" usually the female's chest and or legs, being "surveyed" by a male.
2: To push with your thumb in between someone's shoulder blades and wiggling.

(2)Causes: Many different sensations, usually pain, sometimes tickles, many times resulting in the victim jumping, running away, or crying.

The child surveyed the land of another, making the child squeal and cry.
