Bob is a code word for marijuana. This word was first used in Bloomsburg Pennsylvania (a town in which over half the population smokes pot).

I want to buy some Bob.

Pot Head: Where is Bob?
Drug Dealer: Bob is relaxing at my house.

Pot Head: Bob really eff'ed me up.
