That one person you see that is bigger than life (literally) and weighs about 500 pounds of pure fat. Can also be used as a measure meant.
EX1: person 1 “wow did you see that frank over there, he is like 500 pounds”
Person 2 “ damn that’s a big frank”
EX2: person1 ”damn bro u looking thick” Person2 “ya bro I’m about half a frank now”
