Bit of a tool, more than likely from Ballytoon or Castlebar.

A Term brought to fame by the Mega-Budget Documentary 'Hardy Bucks' filmed in Ireland for the RTE Storyland competition.

One Might say: 'Be Jayzus Wall that Daire fellah is a Fucking Shkyboy', referring to somebody that they believe to be a Shkyboy.
