mozdzen 

A person that would rather spit than swallow during oral ejaculation. This male is usually the champion at the soggy biscuit game. At parties he will always be found in the middle of a circle of men. Can also be referred to as a Moe.

I went to a party and saw two Moes on their knees.
My sister use to date a guy but he turned out to be a mozdzen so she dumped him.
