Trapezoid Mouth 

A derogatory term for someone with a phitral column much shorter in width than their lower vermillion border, resulting in a pronounced mouth shape that resembles a trapezoid.

If a trapezoid mouth kisses an upside-down trapezoid mouth, they will produce a hexagon.
