Templeitus 

A vision digeneration disease that affects your eye sight. It typically causes blurry vision that can eventually lead to extreme "near sided" vision or being legally blind. The only known treatment is steroids which is administered with a surgical needle through the temple to the back of the retina
I am losing my vision due to my hereditary Templeitus.
