A retard is a baby that in utero the mother did something to mess up the baby's cognitivity in the brain.
Then there is a Ra-Tard which is a preteen to adolescent adult that still does Ra-Tarded shit and then you have a Fucktard which is a God damn grown ass adult that should know better but chooses to do Fucktard shit!
