"Ankhee" also spelled "Ankhi" is a Bengali girl name and similar to its Hindi counterparts (Ankh or Ankhe) it means one's eyes. It refers to a lady who's able to see the world through a myriad of colourful hues (through the eyes of a curious young lass, or through those of a loving mother). They are inherently kind, caring and are able to see the best in others even when they don't see it themselves. Because of their traits, it's believed their tears are as precious as pearls.
