The act of creating chaos, disruption, a mess that others have to deal with. Creating a mess that interrupts normal operation in the workplace.
Examples: Boy did he pull a clayton, we couldn't find anything in the warehouse. Keep yourself organized, I'd hate for you to make a mess and pull a clayton -- it will piss everyone off by creating unnecessary work.
