When a person puts on a red swimming cap they then become a Discount Smurf.

(IT HAS TO BE A RED ONE)

Person 1: Hey I forgot I had a red swimming cap in my bag haha!

Person 2: Give it to me

Person 1: Huh?

Person 2: Now.

Person 1: Okay then *Hands over red swimming cap*

Person 2: *Puts red swimming cap on* I am now a Discount Smurf.
