Gookie 

A nice thick tasty cookie, or something good in general, maybe even something sexy. Mostly used for a cookie though.

(Gets handed a large, thick cookie, loaded with big ‘ol chocolate chips):

“Damn, that is one GOOKIE right there!”

“Did you see how Bob went on estrogen and has tits now?”
“Ugh, yes, gookie Bob.”
