Used to denote a higher level of thinking, social standing or well being.

Guy 1- "Hey lets go sit over there."
Guy 2-" Nah, see that guy over there, he's chastan. were not cool enough to sit with him."
Guy 1-"oh, yeah...i should've know that by now"
