a person w/ no street smarts; a person that seems to have an IQ equivalent to a brick; a person that can't carry a single in depth conversation; most of what they say sound like, "LETS GO SHOPPING TODAY! OMGAD LET'S GO GET JAMBA JUICE!" w/ a few exceptions
