A small, often annoying dog. Often held by petty high-income families. Can't stack up to "you're my mate" breeds like the German shepherds or the Labradors.

Terriers were originally bred for killing vermin (ex. mice), but that heritage is long gone...

That damn terrier can't stop making noise.

A terrier wanted to kill the day, but my German shepherd kicked him in the shin.
