- an adjective that is used to accentuate nouns in a derogatory manner.
- Used to help exemplify how awful something or someone is.

if someone is a hater.. they can now reach the level of "boo-ass hater"
- boo-ass bama, boo-ass job, boo-ass bitch, boo-ass food.
- "I feel like boo-ass after last night."
