a) A person or thing that is abnormally wierd. They're annoying by nature and can be very loud on a continual basis.

b) A sexually transmitted disease

a) We all hate our friend because he's very annoying, we nicknamed her "The Huff"

b) I paid for a hooker and after words found out that I had "the huff"
