Worse than getting schooled. Metaphorically speaking, you've been rearranging the kitchen magnets and snacking on Chef Boyardee while your babysitter was smoking blunts and hooking up with a supermodel.

The expression could be used in almost any situation, but it always ends with, "damn son, you just got BABYSAT"
