Runor

An accidental misspelling of the word "rumor" on an internet message board that subsequent posters initially mock only to later more subtly mock by purposely using the term in their own posts to represent the highest, most lofty, and official form of hearsay.

Friend 1: I heard a rumor the other day that we're going to get a big commitment from the highest ranked QB in the nation!

Friend 2: That's nothing. Get back to me when you hear a nice, juicy, runor!
