What's the definition/purpose of Black Friday sales? Given to the shopping day after Thanksgiving. It was originally called Black Friday because so many people went out to shop that it caused traffic accidents and violence. Shoppers will spend the night outside of retail stores to shop at discounted prices but anything can happen because you have fights, arguments, etc. (SPLAQ FRIDAY!) something you want to be or something you don't want to be.
