An ex boyfriend or girlfriend, whom of which you have little or no respect for. The lack of respect, is most commonly because of the way they dumped or fucked you, or lack of fucking with or of you. It could be used with guys or girls, gay or straight.

Person using this term: " Naw i never got close to that skanky ass cuntbaby, that bitch ain't shit!"

Friend: "I hate that person anyway."
