Mainly associated with girls; typically describes a girl who thinks she is hot and popular, when in actuality many men cringe when they see her coming, or even hear the mention of her name. She is the girl who gets drunk on the weekend and throws herself on every guy she meets. She also is very attention needy and truly believes she is a normal part of society, when in reality she is just the whore next door.
